Annual plans: We reimburse unused months upon request with no questions asked.
The fine print: A simple plan cancellation does not give the right to reimbursement. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund for unused months. We don’t reimburse months that have already been consumed or before we receive your reimbursement request. We reimburse unused months as if you took a monthly subscription. In other words, you need to use the service for a full year to benefit from the annual discount.
Monthly plans and Pay per Use: We don’t offer partial or full refunds.
The fine print: We make exceptions if you let us know 24 hours after the payment is made if it is an obvious error on your side (like taking an annual subscription when the intent was to take a monthly one or using the wrong credit card). We also make exceptions if there is a performance issue of the service (not properly alerted or too many false alerts) that can’t be cured by our service team. Although we are usually very flexible, reserve the right to judge whether the performance issue is legitimate.
