Who can change a plan?
Personal plans: You can change your plan yourself from your dashboard.
Business plans: Admins can change the plan themselves from the dashboard. All team members can see the Upgrade and View Plans buttons, but if you're not an Admin, you'll be asked to contact your Admin to complete the change.
Plans managed by an account manager: If your plan is handled by a dedicated account manager or paid by invoice, contact your account manager and we'll make the change for you.
How to upgrade or downgrade
Step 1:
Open the subscription page
On your dashboard, click Upgrade or View Plans. The subscription page opens on a suggested plan that fits how many monitors and checks you use. Nothing is selected or purchased yet.
Step 2:
Choose a new plan
Pick the plan you want. You can choose a larger plan to upgrade, or a smaller plan to downgrade.
Step 3:
Review and confirm
Before you confirm, the confirmation window shows the amount due today, your next billing date, and what you'll pay at renewal. Confirm to complete the change.
What happens when you change plans
Card payments: Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. You're charged or credited the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Your monthly checks are reset. When the new plan starts, your remaining monthly checks are replaced with the new plan's allowance. Any Pay as you Go checks you've bought stay on your account.
A scheduled cancellation is removed. If you had cancelled your plan but it hasn't ended yet, changing plans keeps your subscription active.
