Support plans

All plans include email support. Advanced support plans add training, guaranteed response times and remote hands, where our team sets up and manages your monitored pages for you. Support plans can be added to your subscription at checkout.

How checks and pages work

  • A check happens every time Visualping visits a page to look for changes. For example, one page checked daily uses about 31 checks a month. A check that runs into an error still uses a check.

  • Pages are the number of monitors you can have active at the same time.

  • Monthly checks don't roll over. Your allowance resets each month. Annual plans also refill monthly, with one-twelfth of the yearly checks each month. Extra checks you buy separately stay on your account.

  • If you run out of checks, monitoring pauses until your allowance resets or you upgrade.

  • If you reach your page limit, your existing monitors keep running, but you can't activate another one until you pause a monitor, add pages or change plans.

Special programs

  • Journalist Plan: free access for journalists. Create a free Visualping account first, then request the plan from our journalism page.

  • Job Seeker Access: free access for job seekers in the U.S. and Canada to monitor career pages. Create a free account, then apply on the Job Seeker Access page with the same email.

Note: Both programs are reviewed by our team. Your account stays on the Free plan until we email you to confirm it has been upgraded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which plan is right for me?

Use Find your ideal plan on our pricing page. Enter how many pages you want to monitor and how often, and it recommends a plan. If you need team features or Slack, Teams or Google Sheets alerts, choose a Business plan.

Should I pay monthly or annually?

Annual billing costs less for the same plan, while monthly billing gives you the most flexibility. If you cancel an annual plan early, unused months are refunded without the annual discount. See our refund policy.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Plan changes are prorated. See How can I upgrade or downgrade subscriptions?

What happens to my monitors if I move to a smaller plan?

If you have more active monitors than the new plan allows, the extra monitors are paused, starting with the most recently created. Monitors that check faster than the new plan allows are slowed to the plan's fastest frequency. Alerts that aren't included in the new plan, such as SMS or Slack, are turned off.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit card or PayPal from your dashboard. Wire transfer is also available; contact us to set it up.

How long is my change history kept?

Three months by default. Business accounts keep one year of history, and longer retention is available on request.
