How do I move monitors to other workspaces?

Why move monitors?
Organizing monitors between workspaces can help you manage your workflow. For example, you may want to move monitors to another workspace so the right coworkers receive the most relevant notifications.
Note: Moving monitors is available on Business plans. You need an Editor or Admin role in both the workspace the monitor is in and the workspace you're moving it to.
Move a single monitor
Step 1:
Open the monitor menu
On the dashboard, hover over the ellipsis icon next to the monitor and click Move.
Step 2:
Choose a workspace
Select the workspace you want to move the monitor to, then click Confirm.
Move multiple monitors

Step 2:

In the toolbar above the list, click Move.
Step 3:

What happens when you move a monitor
History is kept. The monitor keeps its change history, screenshots, and shared links.
Checks are billed to the new workspace. Future checks use the new workspace's checks. Checks already used stay with the original workspace.
The new workspace's limits apply. Each workspace has its own limits based on its size and plan. If the new workspace has different limits, the monitor is adjusted to fit them:
A check frequency faster than the new workspace allows is slowed down to the fastest one it supports. For example, a monitor checked every 2 minutes in a Business 10K workspace is changed to every 15 minutes when moved to a Business 5K workspace.
Notification methods the new workspace's plan doesn't include, such as SMS, are removed.
If the move puts the new workspace over its limit of active monitors, some monitors are paused, starting with the ones you just moved.
Tip: These adjustments happen without a separate warning. After a move, check the moved monitors' frequency, notifications, and status in the new workspace. See Available frequencies by plan for each workspace size's fastest frequency.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see a workspace in the list?
The list only shows workspaces that don't already contain the selected monitors, and where you have an Editor or Admin role. If you see "There are no other workspaces available to move the selected jobs to," the selected monitors are already spread across all the workspaces you can move them to.
I don't see the checkboxes or the Move button. Why?
Make sure you are viewing a single workspace, not All workspaces. Bulk actions are hidden in the All workspaces view.
Checkboxes are only shown on larger screens, such as a desktop or laptop.
Viewers can't move monitors. Ask a workspace Admin to change your role.
Why were my moved monitors paused?
The new workspace reached its limit of active monitors. Pause or delete monitors you no longer need in that workspace, then reactivate the moved ones, or upgrade the plan.
I'm having issues, what can I do?
