What kind of notification methods does Visualping offer?
Visualping offers a wide range of notification method options, from email to Google Sheet, Webhook and more. This article will show you what options are available as well as how to configure which notification method should be employed for a job.
Note that all notification methods, apart from emails, n8n, and Webhook, require a paid plan. More details below.
Changing Notification Methods
Step 1:
Navigate to the Notifications tab
To change the way you receive alerts from Visualping you will need to open the Notifications settings of a job, in that job's settings.
Step 2:
Choose a notification method
From there, choose the ones that you want and configure additional settings per method.
There are many ways to receive alerts with Visualping. The default is by emails to the email address of your account, but more options become available with higher subscription plans. In the table below, you will find all notification options we offer, as well as the plan required to gain access to it. Click on the link for each method to learn how to set it up.

What is the default notification method?
By default, email notification is enabled.
Top ups, and Personal 5K & 10K plans: Users can add one additional email address (CC) to receive email alerts.
Business plans: All users with access to a workspace will receive email alerts for jobs within that workspace.
Who receives email alerts, and can they be customized?
On Business plans, alerts are sent to every user assigned to the workspace. However, notifications can be customized:
Mute Workspace: Each user has the option to mute email alerts for an entire workspace if they no longer wish to receive them.
Access Control: Only users who are part of the Business plan and have workspace access will receive the email alerts.
